What’s New Wednesday: CB2

Are you getting spammed with all of the hot new items in EVERY store right now?  I sure am.  And it’s making me drool.  I mean, c’mon guys, I just finished Christmas, and now you’re making me want to spend again?

In case you’re like me and can only window web shop, it’s at least fun to see what’s new and trendy for 2012, even if I can’t buy it:

Green with Envy

Was 2011 not your year?  Well maybe you could use a little Luck o’ the Irish for 2012.  CB2 is full of green things that can get your home in a very cheerful mood (and maybe using the color of money in your home will bring some of it in your bank account?).

Hivey League

This hexagon-influenced decor is the bee’s knees.

Tangerine Scene

Do you think they got the memo about the 2012 color of the year?

Decornographic

I’m flat-out loving these geometric prints in classic black and white.  And that pixelated rug would be perfection in my new study-o with the white desk and navy walls.  Perhaps I’ll have to DIY one or wait until it goes on sale.

See anything you like?  What are you most digging for 2012?

By the way:  I was not compensated in any way for promoting these products.  I just like window shopping!

What’s New? Wednesday: CB2

It’s been too long since the last What’s New? Wednesday.  Time to change that.

I looove the modern style of CB2.

This Henna-inspired pillow has an inverse gray/white combination on the back (shown here).  So, if I like the back more, is it still the back?  I think not.  It would make a perfect addition to the master bedroom.

This pillow is literally called the “huh?” pillow.  It cracks me up and would probably be great in the new guest bedroom design (to be revealed soon), but I’m not so sure I want my decor asking me questions.  Or possibly, implying that my design aesthetic is confusing.  I’ve already got enough things to answer to.  And at $49.95 (it’s 23″), I think I could probably make a DIY version with iron-on transfer paper for savings.

I’m certain I would love the glow of these charlotte candleholders.  Pretty twinkles of tiny light = love.

The texture of this tread bowl is similar to the large blue container I found at Homegoods that sits on top of the bedroom dresser.  Can you tell I love neutral textures?

These chalkboard office boxes are a great idea, but these are so DIY-able, I’m not even going to provide a link back to the cb2 listing.  Take a regular shoe box, spray it with chalkboard paint spray, and you’re done.

Finally, I’m really digging this very grown up version of tic tac toe.  Would be perfect on a nightstand in the guest bedroom or in a reading room/office.

So, there you have it.  Another glimpse into the new items catching my eye.  Is there something you’ve recently discovered?  Want the UDH to feature a particular favorite store of yours?  I’m open to suggestion.

Oh!  Almost forgot – you definitely want to drop back by Friday for another awesome announcement.  It involves one of you and something for free…
