CLEVER  BEHIND-THE-DOOR STORAGE IDEA

UGLY DUCKLING HOUSE

The most wasted space in a home is behind a door.

I wanted storage that wouldn't keep the door from opening all the way. It was a super easy beginner woodworking project. It looks great when the door is closed!

Each ledge only cost me $4-$5.

I put them together using wood glue and my nail gun.

I primed each one before hanging.

Hanging them by yourself can be cumbersome, but it can be done.

Caulk around the edges for a seamless look.

Once everything is caulked, paint your behind-the-door shelves.

This clever behind-the-door-storage idea is the perfect spot for my wooden stamp collection!  What will you store in yours?
