CUT HOLES FOR BOWLS

Cut the primed balusters to about 15″ and then glued them in place for legs.

Clamp wood strips to all four sides to make the top edges look a little more dressed-up

Add wood filler as needed and sand the top. Apply poly to protect the wood.

Add non-slip pads to each leg to prevent the dog bowl feeder from moving around.

DIY NO SLIP DOG FEEDER

SUPPLIES

12″ x 24″ poplar board 3 stair balusters dog food bowls 1/2″ Forstner bit Jig saw Clamps Wood glue

CUT HOLES FOR BOWLS

Make a pilot hole with a Forstner bit then cut out with a jig saw.

Cut the primed balusters to about 15″ and then glued them in place for legs.

ADD THE LEGS

Clamp wood strips to all four sides to make the top edges look a little more dressed-up

ADD EDGES

Add wood filler as needed and sand the top. Apply poly to protect the wood.

FILL, SAND, AND POLY

Add non-slip pads to each leg to prevent the dog bowl feeder from moving around.
