FAQ and Troubleshooting
Look for a confirmation email in your inbox & click the button to confirm your subscription. Once confirmed, you should get another email with the library password. If you don’t get either email, check your spam folder. I am happy to help you troubleshoot but it can take a few days for me to get back to you; please be patient.
Note: when emailing, please specify what page you subscribed on, where in the process you got stuck, etc. The more specific, the better (“I can’t get the plan” unfortunately gives me zero information to help resolve the issue, and then we have lots of back and forth trying to figure out where things got stuck. But a message like “Hi Sarah, I subscribed on [copy + paste specific URL], received the confirmation email and confirmed, but I didn’t get the password email and checked my spam folder”, I have the info I need to dig further and can resolve things that much faster for you). Many thanks!
Exception: Zero tolerance for rude emails (many of you are probably thinking this doesn’t need to be said, but unfortunately, it’s happened enough times to warrant this note). Remember, this is supposed to be for FUN! Even if trying to log in is frustrating you, there’s NO reason I should have to deal with hate in my inbox over not getting a free pattern.
No. I designed my free library to be hands-off so I don’t have to sit at my computer handling individual requests. You can either subscribe and get the password to access the library, or you can purchase the plans when they become available for sale. I do not email plans.
Measurements (with full diagrams or a cut list) are available in the downloaded plans only.
All of my plans are available for free for a limited time. At a certain point (aka when I feel it’s been available long enough), I move older plans to paid. If they have a future date written below the thumbnail or say “coming soon”, they aren’t available yet but will be.
Absolutely, yes! Leave a comment on one of my woodworking posts and let me know what you would like to see, or email me! I can’t make any guarantees, but if it sounds like something that works for our builds, you may see your suggestion someday on this page!
