FAQ and Troubleshooting

Look for a confirmation email in your inbox & click the button to confirm your subscription. Once confirmed, you should get another email with the library password. If you don’t get either email, check your spam folder. I am happy to help you troubleshoot but it can take a few days for me to get back to you; please be patient.

Note: when emailing, please specify what page you subscribed on, where in the process you got stuck, etc. The more specific, the better (“I can’t get the pattern” unfortunately gives me zero information to help resolve the issue, and then we have lots of back and forth trying to figure out where things got stuck. But a message like “Hi Sarah, I subscribed on [copy + paste specific URL], received the confirmation email and confirmed, but I didn’t get the password email and checked my spam folder”, I have the info I need to dig further and can resolve things that much faster for you). Many thanks!

Exception: Zero tolerance for rude emails (many of you are probably thinking this doesn’t need to be said, but unfortunately, it’s happened enough times to warrant this note). Remember, this is supposed to be for FUN! Even if trying to log in is frustrating you, there’s NO reason I should have to deal with hate in my inbox over not getting a free pattern.

No. You can either subscribe and wait for the password to access the library above, or you can purchase on Etsy. I do not email patterns.

I only release one new pattern per month. If you see a future month and year under the picture, it’s not available yet.

Yes. Many patterns are available to purchase early from my Etsy shop.

Maybe, maybe not. I usually create the release schedule up to a year in advance. If you don’t see it available yet, I may release it someday, but you’re probably better off to go ahead and buy it if you don’t see it on the schedule.

All of my patterns are available for free for a limited time. At a certain point (when I feel it’s been available long enough, usually a year or two), I move older patterns to my paid membership program. If they have a future date written below the thumbnail, they aren’t available yet but will be.

Absolutely, yes! Leave a comment on one of my cross stitch posts and let me know what you would like to see! I usually complete my pattern designs a year in advance, but you may see your suggestion someday on this page!

If you are having trouble with accessing my patterns after logging in to the library, or are getting a blank page or “nothing happens”, it could be an add-on you added to your browser that is preventing it from working right. Pop-up blockers and ad blockers do all sorts of weird things and I don’t have the ability to work around them. Try turning these off and reloading the page or try a different browser that doesn’t have these things installed.
