Daring Design: It’s Great To Be Home

This week is pretty crazy for me. My little sister is getting married on Saturday, and I’m trying to get through another allergy attack (seriously, I look like I got punched in the eye – great timing when I’m going to be in pictures, right?). So between the nail, hair, and doctor’s appointments, family coming into town, and my sister’s bachelorette party planning, I’m pretty frazzled. While my life is a little too full for a debriefing on what’s going on in the primary bath at the moment (imagine more peeled wallpaper and my joint compound skills being put to the test), let’s focus on a finished project that turned out amazing.

Liz from It’s Great to be Home took her boring IKEA chair covers (just like mine) for her dining room and gave it a one-of-a-kind look. I’m a sucker for teal, which is why Liz is our first Daring Design award winner in May! Congrats Liz, and I am in love with your project. Job well done! You can grab the UDH Daring Design button below.

Oh, and FYI, any Daring Design award winners now have their own picture tags on my Pinterest account, so if you want to repin, they are available there.
