A few weeks ago, I shared a rug I discovered at Homegoods  (which was based on a long fixated obsession with this inspiration rug). I’ve yet to do anything with it.

But when I spotted this hunk of creamy that sounds gross neutral awesomeness on Joss & Main, I knew exactly where to put it. The extra $90 bones in my pocket thanks to the J&M discount did most of the convincing, but my geek radar went off at all of the pixelated yumminess.

Hubba hubba. Am I right?

Shipping was quick. And now I’m staring at the perfect rug for my unfinished office.

I chose to roll it out on top of my DIY office desk to check things out. I’m going to have to roll it back up and put it away until I can move the junk out of the room, but there’s not much else to do with the room before I can officially declare the room functional (let’s face it, “done” won’t be in my vocabulary for a while still). I’m pretty much one large trash bag away from rolling it out. Let’s take bets at how long this will be.

I’m quite satisfied with my purchase – and it goes perfectly with my new gold leaf map art (without being too matchy-matchy). Love it.

Happy Friday!
