Ahoj, everyone!
You may have noticed (though I hope not to too great of an extent), but I’ve been non-responsive for the last two weeks to all of your comments. Please don’t think I don’t appreciate them (I do!), but I’ve just not had access to the internet lately. Scott and I were on vacation!
We took a 10-day excursion through the Czech Republic and Germany, all in the name of craft brewing. Seriously, the trip was designed for beer enthusiasts.
Scott got to drink beer and go on countless brewery tours. I got to see Europe again. Win-win. Plus, we got to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime event: we were at the 200th anniversary of Oktoberfest!
But, you aren’t going to see pictures of Germany just yet. That will come later. Today, let’s focus on Prague.
Prague is a beautiful city, plain and simple.
These are only a few photos, but you can see more on my Picasa web album “Pivo and Prost” here. Sorry that some of the images are grainy, I took SO MANY photos that I haven’t yet had a chance to give them a once-over with Photoshop.
I’ll post more about our trip later this week when I’m not so jet-lagged (more details, where we went, what we saw, etc). Enjoy!
Looks like you guys had a great time! I can't wait to see more of your travels in Europe (and Oktoberfest?! Totally envious!).

We were just sighing wistfully about Oktoberfest last evening. How cool that you can say you were there!
I'd never seen that statue of Kafka before. Man, does that totally nail him or what?
