Happy Labor Day, everyone!

As I mentioned last week, this weekend marks the start of the football season. Scott and I spent a wonderful (and surprisingly cooler) Saturday morning seeing old friends and getting pumped up for the first UGA game in Athens, GA. Love!!!

Scott gets intense when he watches the game!

And tailgating wouldn’t be complete without a few games…

After all was said and done, our Bulldogs (aka the “Dawgs” – seriously) defeated the Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana Lafayette 55 to 7.

A wonderful start to what I hope will be a fantastic fall season, and a wonderful break for Scott and I after all of our hard work on the new floors… of which you will see plenty of pics this week! Looking forward to the big reveal!

I hope you all are having a fun and safe Labor Day weekend. And GO DAWGS!

  1. I heart football season! On Saturday we went to a Huskers game (even though neither of us actually went there… lol). The whole state of Nebraska turns into a little college town – it's not uncommon to see Walgreens even flying their red Husker flag here. We love every second of it. Football is so fun! (and our team won on Saturday, too!). Looks like you guys had a good time!
