You know the drill by now. It’s the first of September, and that means a new pattern to share with you all. This pattern looks so fun, right? The soft pinks and bright red seem to perfect for a whimsical mushroom chart.

And as we’re heading into fall, it will soon be time for me to start designing new patterns for next year, too. If you like any of the ones currently available, be sure to download them soon; at the start of the new year, I’ll be moving more of my old patterns over to my sister site, NeedleSpark. I’ve also got lots more patterns available that haven’t been released here on the blog, so be sure to check it out and consider becoming a member! You’ll get access to all of the archived library of patterns and plenty of new releases each month to keep you in stitches.

Mushroom Cross Stitch Pattern

I hear mushrooms are going to be a trend in home decor, so why not stitch this lovely pattern for your walls?

  • Designed for 14 count Aida
  • Full counted cross stitches only
  • DMC floss colors: 24
  • Size: approximately 6 in. x 6.1 in. (15.2 cm x 15.6 cm)
  • 84 x 86 stitches

I think the more that I make patterns, the more I’m going to start working on my own large collection for a gallery wall. Currently, I’m leaning toward making a whole series of moth and butterfly patterns and putting them all together in an art grouping. I think that would be really fun for a hallway or guest bedroom, don’t you think?
