2023 monthly cross stitch releases

How you can get them all in advance: join my new dedicated cross stitch membership site, NeedleSpark! I only release ONE pattern per month over here on the UDH blog, but now that my new cross stitch site has launched, I have a way to give exclusive early access. Over there, you’ll find:

  • archived patterns that you can’t get over on the blog anymore (like this first pattern)
  • early and new releases not available anywhere else (different color varieties of popular patterns, too)
  • I add multiple new patterns each month, sometimes even whole collections (I’m releasing a month/butterfly collection in January!)
  • significant savings per pattern because of the membership structure (lower than what you’d typically pay to buy them individually, especially if you join as a lifetime member)

Christmas Truck Cross Stitch Pattern

This classic red and green Christmas truck has a little tree in the back!

  • Designed for 14 count Aida
  • Full counted cross stitches only
  • DMC floss colors: 16
  • Size: approximately 3.3 in. x 3.5 in. (8.3 cm x 8.9 cm)
  • 46 x 49 stitches

What I love about this Christmas truck pattern: cross stitching just seems to “go” with the holidays. Sitting in a cozy spot with a lamp, curled up under a blanket, and relaxing with a calming activity just seems right to me, don’t you agree? For me, cross stitch is a mindful, almost meditative activity. And by stitching this truck and tree in a classic red and green color palette, you can get into the holiday spirit and add a personal touch to your holiday decor. Small enough that you could even turn it into an ornament on a little hoop for your tree (kinda meta, you know? a Christmas tree on a Christmas tree!). It also makes a nice handmade gift for friends and family who appreciate the time and thoughtfulness it took you to make (or if they are the crafty type, bundle this pattern up with the supplies in a nice gift bag and give them something to relax with in the new year!
