It’s the end of my first semester in grad school – which means I have a LOT of cramming, presentation making, and paper writing to do.

Before I lose all ability to put a sentence together, I just wanted to let you know that I’m planning on taking (most of) the next week off of home projects to study. It’s probably for the best – the amount of coffee I’m consuming would probably lead to some not-so-steady paint lines.

I’ll be back next week with more progress on the study-o. And just in case you were bummed about me making no new updates on the house for a little while, I can promise you that there are a few things that are still coming soon.

For instance:  I took a trip down to Atlantic Station to visit my local West Elm earlier this week.

Why? So I could pick up something in this picture:

And just because that wasn’t enough, I also picked up some matching SKAGERN hand towels from Ikea:

Ready to make some progress (when the steam is no longer coming out of my ears)? Yep, I think so. Wish me luck!

  1. SARAH, You are a very impressive woman to take on all that you do. You have a beautiful website and you seem to really love working on your home. My wife and I just started of website, http://www.homeinformationguru.com at the beginning of the year and between that, working on our home and working there does not seem to be much time left. We do love it. Keep up the great work and best of luck in accomplishing your goals.
