…just turned our living room into a subfloor dust pile. Scott’s weekend away left me with a few things to cross off our to-do list :)
I’m this close to having all of our old brown carpet out of here! A few more nights this week spent removing carpet, and the evidence it ever existed downstairs will be long gone. And this weekend, the primary bedroom and guest bedroom will be getting brand new carpeting courtesy of Empire Today.
If only I could find storage space for all of the things that need to be moved out of the way! There simply aren’t enough empty rooms in the house to move things to. I guess, for now, I’ll have to compromise our downstairs laminate installation in favor of getting two rooms completely checked off the list. Imagine – my entire upper floor (apart from tiling the bathrooms) will be complete as of this weekend. I’m so excited!
