How to Make Paper Pinwheels

Amazingly, these easy crafted ornaments were used as garland in the 2023 White House Holiday Display!

  1. Cut decorative paper to the width of the pinwheel size you want.
  2. Accordion fold the paper.
  3. Glue the sides together until it looks like a pinwheel.
  4. Add finishing touches and decorate!
