Today I received some fun news in the mail:  Bank of America is running a short-term promotion which gives me… wait for it… 10x the points for every dollar I spend at Lowe’s. The promotion runs until June 30th, so considering how many trips on average I make per week to a hardware store, it’ll probably be worth at least 300 points if all I spend is a dollar each time. Who knows, maybe this offer will catch HD’s attention and they’ll offer 15 or 20x points incentives to compete.

Part of me wishes it was Home Depot (I just think their staff is a bit friendlier and more knowledgeable), but you can’t beat earning all those rewards points when they are offered… especially when I will then take the earned rewards and turn them in for HD and Lowe’s gift cards!

Now that’s the gift that keeps on giving :)
